The PhysChem Forum is a well-renowned group dedicated to promoting dialogue and knowledge exchange among scholars and professionals from academia and industry, with a focus on Physical Chemistry and ADMET (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion, and Toxicity). Established in 2005, the PhysChem Forum has organized an annual two-day conferences across Europe, where esteemed speakers present cutting-edge research and findings in these fields, complemented by poster presentations showcasing additional scientific innovations. 

These conferences attract a diverse and substantial audience of over 100 attendees from various professions and backgrounds. The delegates encompass researchers, senior directors, and managers representing both preclinical and clinical sectors across academic institutions, major pharmaceutical companies, and emerging biotechnology companies. This broad attendance ensures a rich exchange of perspectives and networking opportunities. 

Each year, this highly anticipated event is hosted at a different location by one of our generous partner organizations, providing a fresh setting for scientific exchange and collaboration. 

In each event, we are pleased to offer a limited number of sponsorship opportunities. The PhysChem Forum is proud to remain free of charge for all attendees, and while our generous host covers many of the organizational costs, we kindly invite sponsors to consider supporting the event to help offset remaining expenses. 

We offer a single, fixed sponsorship package at a fixed rate of 500 Euros or 500 GBP. This sponsorship package entitles you to: 

• Set up a booth or display a pull-up banner stand on-site 

• Have your company logo and information featured on our website, flyers, and program, providing excellent exposure 

• The option to submit a scientific poster (please note that commercial or instrument-based presentations are not permitted)

Upon confirmation, we will provide payment details and ensure your materials are included in our promotional content.
